Since 2023, we have introduced "Polished Diamond Malt," refining the process to elevate its flavor to new heights. This advancement enhances its aromatic elegance and profound richness, delivering a more sophisticated and vividly refined taste experience.

We devote a decade of meticulous craftsmanship to unlocking its exquisite aroma.

The indispensable "European aroma hops" bring forth a cascade of vibrant fragrances. Through repeated visits to the source, we meticulously assess quality and hand-select only the finest. We uphold strict temperature-controlled transport to Japan, ensuring peak freshness.
Moreover, after nearly a decade of refinement, we have developed the Aroma-Rich Hopping Method, a technique that enhances depth by adding hops in multiple stages throughout the brewing process. Every possible measure is taken at every step. This is how that unforgettable aroma is crafted.

Suntory's breweries are located only in places where high-quality natural water lies underground. Water accounts for about 90% of beer, making "natural water brewing" an essential policy. Suntory's four beer factories are built only in locations where they can reliably and safely draw natural water from the underground. Choosing taste over efficiency was the only option.
